These are the largest of our open-plan villas, offering extra space and a thoughtfully designed layout that makes them feel light, open and easy to live in. The standout feature is the oversized ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, giving guests extra room and comfort throughout their stay.

Each villa is bright and welcoming, with views over the jumping pillow and playground so families can relax while the kids play. The private verandah is the perfect place to enjoy a tea, coffee or a local Tasmanian wine at the end of the day.

Sleeping up to four guests, the villa features a queen ensemble and two bunk beds. Linen is provided for all nominated occupants, with the queen bed made up prior to arrival and fresh linen supplied for the bunks where required.

Inside, the villa includes a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area, lounge seating and a television, along with reverse-cycle air-conditioning to keep the space comfortable in every season.

Beyond your villa, the park offers wide landscaped grounds, communal outdoor areas and the jumping pillow just outside your door. Our on-site curated providore, located within reception, is stocked with Tasmanian produce, wines, whiskies, beers, ciders, gourmet foods, keepsakes and woollen goods, making it easy to enjoy and take home a taste of the state.

Set in the heart of Launnie, you are ideally positioned to explore Northern Tasmania. Cataract Gorge, the city centre, parks, gardens, cafes and restaurants are all within easy reach, with the Tamar Valley, food trails and heritage towns only a short drive away.
