BIG4 Launceston Holiday Park is a family-owned and operated holiday park set across a rare 16-acre site in the heart of Northern Tasmania. It offers something increasingly hard to find this close to a city: space, privacy and a relaxed, landscaped environment, just minutes from some of Launceston’s best experiences.
Since purchasing the park in 2014, our family has progressively redesigned and rebuilt it with modern travellers in mind. Architecturally designed villas, spacious powered sites and plenty of room to park and settle in make it an easy base for families, couples and road trippers exploring Northern Tasmania.
Our location is one of our greatest strengths. Cataract Gorge is just 2km away, while the Tamar Valley wine route, heritage towns, riverside walks, local food experiences and Launceston city centre are all within easy reach.
We are proud to be a multi-generational family business with more than 30 years in the holiday park industry. That experience shapes the way the park is designed, maintained and continually improved. We are hands-on operators, and many of the decisions we make come from decades of understanding how people actually travel and what makes a stay comfortable.
